Made-to-Print & Build-to-Print: Send a Drawing, We Machine the Part

Because we run our own machining, CNC, VMC, EDM and milling, we take design documents all the way to finished parts. Send us a drawing and we'll build to it, including national, international and custom thread forms and configurations you won't find on any catalog page. Standards, Traceability & Proof for OEM Bills of Material

Instrumentation valves qualify to ASME B16.34 and the relevant API valve standards. Sour-service parts conform to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 where specified. Standard product comes from Indian origin, with US or European melt available on request and full material traceability. If your program needs domestic-melt or TAA-eligible material, name it on the RFQ and Crestflo's engineering team will scope the melt-source option. Yes. Crestflo runs everything in-house: CNC, VMC, EDM, milling. Work is made-to-print, too. Send a drawing and we'll machine the part, custom threads and configurations included. Start on the custom manufacturing page.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Small minimum order quantities are supported, including prototype and pilot runs, with private-label options available. Exact quantities depend on the part and configuration, so request a quote with your requirement and Crestflo will work out the specifics with you.

Can you match the part we currently buy from Swagelok, Parker, Hoke, Hy-Lok or Fitok?

Crestflo compression fittings are dimensional drop-in equivalents qualified per ASTM F1387, so you can second-source and standardize your BOM without a redesign. We don't publish a public interchange table, though. Instead, we supply it as a service, request your cross-reference from our engineering team.

Do you offer kitting or vendor-managed inventory (VMI)?

What materials can we design in?

Are parts imperial or metric?

Fittings and valves come in both imperial and metric sizes. That means one supplier can cover a mixed-standard build.

What material certification and traceability do we get?

A heat/lot number goes on every part, and EN 10204 MTC 3.1 comes standard, with 3.2 available on request. Behind that sits in-house NDT, PMI and destructive testing, all run at ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs. See testing & inspection.

What is the lead time?

Where are the parts made, and are they TAA-compliant?

Standard product comes from India, though US or European melt is available on request, and full material traceability comes standard. Can parts meet NACE MR0175 for sour service?
