Request a Quote: Instrumentation Fittings, Valves, Regulators & Tubing
Request a quote
No cart, no list pricing, every RFQ is engineered around your spec. You'll get a written quote by email with pricing, lead time and MTC availability.
Crestflo prices and confirms availability on specific instrumentation products through a request for a quote, or RFQ, tube fittings, valves, regulators, accessories and tubing in stainless steel and high-nickel/CRA alloys. There's no cart here and no published list pricing. Crestflo runs on an RFQ model instead, so every quote gets engineered around your material, size, configuration and certification requirements rather than pulled off a fixed price list. Submit your details, and our engineering team will send you a written quote by email covering pricing, lead time and material certification.
This RFQ covers instrumentation fittings, valves, regulators and tubing for fluid and gas systems. It doesn't include plumbing, automotive or electrical components.
Also Known As: RFQ, Request for Quotation, Price Inquiry
Buyers and specifiers describe this action in plenty of ways, and this page handles all of them: request for quote, request for quotation, quote request, RFQ, submit an RFQ, get a quote, get a price, get pricing, request pricing, price inquiry, pricing inquiry, quotation request, ask for a quote, request an estimate, and, on EPC and project work, request a bid. Fill out an RFQ form, a request-a-quote form, or just ask for a quote online: it all lands on the same engineering desk. Product- and material-scoped phrasings such as tube fittings RFQ, instrumentation valve quote, valve manifold quote, regulator quote, instrumentation tubing quote, custom tube fittings quote, stainless steel tube fittings quote, 316/316L tube fittings quote, alloy fittings quote (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Duplex), plus tube fittings manufacturer quote and instrumentation fittings supplier USA quote all funnel into that same request.

Crestflo RFQ vs. a Standard Distributor Quote Form
Most competitors' quote pages send buyers to a generic contact form or a gated PDF. A Crestflo RFQ works differently: it's a structured, engineered response.
| Crestflo RFQ | Typical distributor contact form | |
|---|---|---|
| What you provide | Structured spec, optionally a BOM, print or part list | Free-text message |
| What you get back | Priced quote with lead time, MTC availability, origin note and interchange confirmation | Callback or generic reply |
| Drop-in interchange | ASTM F1387-qualified dimensional cross-reference | Rarely offered |
| Certification | MTC 3.1 standard, 3.2 on request | Varies |
| Sizing | Both imperial and metric on all fittings | Often one system only |
Standards, Certifications & Proof
Crestflo holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PED certification. Compression tube fittings carry performance qualification to ASTM F1387, and for sour service they're qualified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. Instrumentation valves and double block-and-bleed assemblies meet ASME B16.34, along with the applicable API valve standards: API 6D, 598 and 602. Materials come from stock qualified against ASTM A269 / A276 / A479. Connection standards on offer include ASME B1.20.1 for NPT, ISO 8434-2 for 37° flare, and DIN 2353 for bite-type. Values follow whichever standard applies, and they can be adjusted to fit the requirement.
Crestflo puts a heat/lot number on every part for full traceability, and EN 10204 MTC 3.1 comes standard, with 3.2 available on request. You'll find the details on our traceability & MTC page. Testing covers hydraulic proof, burst and impulse, pneumatic, PMI, and 100% seat and shell leak testing on manifolds. Third-party inspection is available on request; see testing & inspection. We state origin plainly on our US-origin & compliance page: Crestflo is a US-serving manufacturer of Indian origin. US and European melt is available on request for jobs that call for domestic-melt or TAA-eligible material.
What You Can Quote & How to Submit Your RFQ
Quote any instrumentation product family, in stainless and high-nickel/CRA alloys, imperial or metric.
- Tube & instrumentation fittings, single and double ferrule
- Instrumentation valves & manifolds, ball, needle, check, bellows, DBB, 2/3/5-way
- Pressure regulators
- Accessories, thermowells, snubbers, filters, condensate pots
- Stainless & alloy tubing
- Pick a grade from the materials hub, or request your competitor cross-reference for a drop-in quote.
How it works: first, submit the RFQ with your product, material, size and quantity, and attach a BOM, drawing or part list if you have one. Next, our engineering team reviews the spec and runs any interchange check. You'll then receive a written quote as a PDF by email, with pricing, lead time and MTC availability. From there, move to a sample or an order. To begin, provide name, company, email, phone and a requirement description. Datasheets and CAD are available to customers on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I request a quote from Crestflo?
Fill out the RFQ with your product, material, size and quantity, and include any certs you need. You can also just attach a BOM, drawing or a competitor part list instead. Either way, you'll get a written quote by email with pricing and lead time.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Product family, quantity, material or grade, size in imperial or metric, end and thread configuration, pressure/temperature/media, and any specs you need (NACE MR0175, MTC 3.1/3.2, oxygen-clean). Attaching a print or line list speeds the quote.
Why isn't there a price online?
Crestflo works on an RFQ model, not a price list. Pricing hinges on material, alloy, quantity, certifications and configuration, so every quote gets engineered around your spec.
How long does a quote take?
You'll get a written quote from the engineering team by email. Once you place the order, standard items ship from ready stock; specials are made to order and take 6–8 weeks.
Can I attach a drawing, BOM or competitor part list?
Yes. The RFQ takes file attachments for made-to-print parts, and you can cross-reference a competitor part to find its Crestflo drop-in equivalent.
Do you quote small quantities?
Yes, small MOQs are available, alongside volume and private-label programs.
Will the quote include a material test certificate (MTC)?
Parts ship standard with a heat/lot number and EN 10204 MTC 3.1. MTC 3.2 is available on request, so note it on your RFQ.
Are the parts made in the USA / TAA-eligible?
Crestflo is a US-serving manufacturer with Indian origins. US and European melt with full material traceability is available on request when domestic-melt or TAA-eligible material is needed; see our US-origin and compliance page for details.
Do you offer drop-in replacements for Swagelok, Parker or Hy-Lok?
Dimensional interchange is real, and it's backed by ASTM F1387 performance qualification. Put the competitor part number on your RFQ and ask for the cross-reference.
What materials can I quote?
Stainless steels (304/304L, 316/316L, 904L), duplex and super-austenitic grades (2205, 2507, 254 SMO, AL-6XN, Alloy 20), nickel alloys (Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Hastelloy, Nickel 200/201) and Titanium Gr2.
Is there a quote form near me or a local branch?
Crestflo serves US customers and quotes nationwide out of a sales contact in Houston, TX, no local branch needed. Submit the RFQ, and you'll hear back from us by email.
I want a sample, not a quote, where do I go?
Use the sample request page for that; distributor pricing and line cards live on the distributor program page.
