Crestflo machines its instrumentation fittings, valves and accessories in-house, using CNC turning, VMC (vertical machining center) milling, EDM and conventional milling on NC/CNC production equipment. Because the metal cutting happens under our own roof rather than through resale or outside job shops, every machined feature gets controlled to the same drawing that carries a heat number and a material test certificate. That includes the ferrule seat, the thread, the valve bore, the cone-and-thread neck. Machining Standards, Traceability & Qualification Proof

Machining is only half the story. The proof sits in the paperwork and the qualification basis behind it. Every machined part gets a heat or lot number, backed by EN 10204 MTC 3.1 as standard and 3.2 on request, so each part can be traced back to its melt and its drawing. Machined product gets qualified against whatever standard fits its type. Compression tube fittings go through ASTM F1387 performance qualification. Instrumentation valves are qualified to ASME B16.34 and the relevant API valve standards. F1387 applies to fittings, not valves. Crestflo holds ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and PED certification; certificates live in the quality library rather than being numbered on content pages.

Machined parts hold dimensional and geometric tolerances to instrumentation-grade requirements, and every part gets checked before it leaves the shop. Note your tolerance and inspection needs on the RFQ, and PMI, hydrostatic, pneumatic and leak verification are handled through testing & inspection. Once machining wraps up, parts head to finishing, material finish, electropolish, passivation or silver anti-galling plating, and from there to test, certification and delivery. Datasheets and CAD drawings are available on request.
