Hoke® Cross-Reference: Crestflo Interchange for Gyrolok® Tube Fittings & Hoke Instrumentation Valves

Hoke® Cross-Reference, Crestflo Interchange for Gyrolok® Tube Fittings & Hoke Instrumentation Valves

Crestflo is an independent manufacturer. It isn't affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hoke Incorporated. Hoke®, Gyrolok®, Milli-Mite®, Flomite® and Uni-Chek® are trademarks belonging to that company. Every mention on this page is nominative, meaning we use these names only to identify the Hoke parts you already specify, so you can locate the dimensionally equivalent Crestflo component. What Crestflo supplies are independently manufactured interchange equivalents. They aren't genuine Hoke products.

What Hoke® fittings and valves are

Hoke® has built its name as an instrumentation brand. The line runs from Gyrolok® two-ferrule compression tube fittings through a full family of instrumentation valves: needle and metering (Milli-Mite®), ball (Flomite®), check (Uni-Chek®), bleed, plug, toggle, and multi-valve manifolds. These parts connect and control small-bore stainless and alloy tubing across analytical, process, hydraulic, and sampling systems.

Crestflo builds dimensional interchange equivalents for both halves of that line. Gyrolok two-ferrule fittings are qualified to ASTM F1387. Instrumentation valves are built to ASME B16.34 / API. Both come in 316/316L stainless, and the range extends all the way up to exotic high-nickel and corrosion-resistant alloys, with delivery running 6 to 8 weeks. Send in the Hoke or Gyrolok part numbers you're buying today, and Crestflo's Engineering Team will send back the interchange equivalent, the alloys it ships in, and a quote.

Scope: in this document, "Hoke" and "Gyrolok" refer specifically to instrumentation compression tube fittings and instrumentation valves, stainless and high-nickel-alloy fluid-system components. They don't cover plumbing compression fittings, electrical wire ferrules, or automotive parts.

Hoke® interchange, explained: dimensional, form-fit-function equivalence

A Crestflo equivalent is a dimensional interchange, built form, fit and function to match. It's a complete Crestflo component made to the same tube OD, port geometry and connection, so it drops into the same location without any redesign. It isn't a repackaged OEM part, and Crestflo never represents it as genuine Hoke. For tube fittings, that equivalence rests on ASTM F1387, the performance qualification standard for mechanically attached fittings. For valves, the applicable ASME B16.34 / API valve standards govern instead. Part-number mapping has to be verified against your exact series, size and alloy, not guessed at. That's why Crestflo builds your cross-reference to order instead of publishing a generic parts table. It keeps every equivalent accurate to your bill of materials.

Hoke Gyrolok® tube-fitting interchange: 316 SS through exotic alloys

Gyrolok® is a two-ferrule compression tube fitting. It's built from a body, a nut, and front and back ferrules that bite into the tube OD as they're tightened, forming a gas-tight, mechanically gripped joint. Crestflo builds to that same two-ferrule geometry, single and double ferrule, hardened or non-hardened, across the common 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" sizes and on up through 2" (50 mm) OD, covering both imperial and metric sizing. Connection and thread options match too: NPT, NPTF, BSPT, BSPP, ISO parallel, JIC 37°, SAE-ORB, tube-OD and socket/butt-weld ends are all available. What sets this apart from a stainless-only chart is alloy breadth. The same dimensionally equivalent fitting isn't limited to 316/316L; it's offered across exotic and corrosion-resistant alloys as well.

Hoke valve interchange: needle, ball, check, bleed and manifold equivalents

Crestflo interchanges the full Hoke valve line in 1/16", 1", with threaded or tube-fitting ends. These are built to the applicable ASME B16.34 / API 598 / API 602 valve standards, not the fitting standard. Every manifold gets 100% seat and shell leak testing. Each family maps to a Crestflo product below, and part-level equivalents come with your quote.

Standards & proof: ASTM F1387 for fittings, ASME B16.34 / API for valves

This isn't a marketing claim about the interchange. It rests on published standards, and those standards vary by product type:

  • Tube fittings earn their qualification under ASTM F1387, the performance standard for mechanically attached fittings. It covers the dimensional and performance behavior that's the actual basis for equivalence.
  • Valves, meanwhile, conform to ASME B16.34 along with whichever API valve standards apply: API 598, API 602, API 6D. That's the right basis for valve qualification, not F1387.

Cross-referencing Hoke against Swagelok® & Parker too

Buyers working from a mixed instrumentation bill of materials often need to cross Hoke against other brands in the same joint. Crestflo doesn't split its interchange guides by brand; it covers the whole category, so one supplier can answer the entire list. Check the Swagelok cross-reference, the Parker A-Lok cross-reference, the Hy-Lok cross-reference, the Fitok cross-reference, and the consolidated master interchange chart.

Request your Hoke cross-reference

Accurate mapping depends on your exact part, its size, and the alloy. That's why Crestflo builds your cross-reference to order, rather than publishing some invented parts table:

  1. Send your Hoke / Gyrolok part numbers, a line-card export, a drawing, or a physical sample.
  2. Tell us the alloy and size you need, or ask us to match what you run today.
  3. We return the Crestflo equivalent, alloy availability, and quote, typically for delivery in 6–8 weeks.

Prefer paper? Ask the engineering team for your Hoke cross-reference as a formatted chart (PDF on request) when you send your part list. Crestflo builds the chart to your exact parts instead of publishing a generic parts table. That means every chart matches your bill of materials exactly.

Buyer paths: end users, MRO & EPC teams should request a quote or request a sample. Distributors can head to the line card, while OEMs will want the private-label program. Every route starts at the RFQ form.

RFQ form fields: Name, company name, email, phone, and a description of what you need.

Why buyers choose Crestflo for Hoke equivalents

Crestflo functions as the alloy-aware, standards-backed interchange for the Hoke line. Buyers don't switch for vague reasons. Each one is specific:

  • Dimensional interchange applies to fittings and valves alike. Fittings are qualified to ASTM F1387; valves to ASME B16.34 and API. This isn't a marketplace guess.
  • Stainless and exotic alloys both have a place here: Hastelloy, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, 254 SMO, Alloy 20. That's a range stainless-only charts don't lead with.
  • 6–8 week delivery versus the long lead times common on specials from the majors.
  • Heat/lot number on every part with EN 10204 3.1 MTC as standard; ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 & PED certified.
  • Small MOQ, private-label and OEM programs.

FAQ

Does Crestflo make an equivalent to Hoke® Gyrolok® fittings?

Crestflo manufactures dimensional interchange equivalents for Gyrolok® two-ferrule tube fittings, single or double ferrule, up to 2" (50 mm) OD, and they're qualified to ASTM F1387. Send us your part numbers, a print, or even just a sample. We'll build the cross-reference to your list from there.

Are Crestflo fittings interchangeable with Hoke fittings?

These are dimensional (form-fit-function) interchanges: complete Crestflo fittings that install into the same tube OD and ports, qualified to ASTM F1387. Swap a complete Hoke fitting for a complete Crestflo fitting at the same spot. Before you order, send us your list so we can confirm the exact part with you.

Is Crestflo affiliated with Hoke?

No. Crestflo operates independently and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or license granted by Hoke Incorporated. Hoke®, Gyrolok®, Milli-Mite®, Flomite® and Uni-Chek® all belong to Hoke Incorporated as registered trademarks.

Can you cross-reference a specific Hoke part number?

Send Crestflo the Hoke or Gyrolok part number or drawing, and the Engineering Team sends back the equivalent, alloy availability, and a quote. Crestflo builds the cross-reference to your exact part instead of publishing a generic table. That's what makes every equivalent accurate to your bill of materials.

Do you interchange Hoke valves too, needle, ball, check, manifold?

Yes, we've got needle valves (including Milli-Mite® metering), ball valves (Flomite®), check valves (Uni-Chek®), bleed, purge, plug and toggle valves, plus 2/3/5-valve manifolds. Sizes run from 1/16", 1", with threaded or tube-fitting ends. Every Crestflo valve is built to ASME B16.34 and the applicable API valve standards.

Which alloys can you match?

This range covers 316/316L through 904L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, 254 SMO, AL-6XN, Alloy 20, Monel 400, Inconel 625/825, Incoloy 800/825, Hastelloy C-276/C-22, Nickel 200/201 and Titanium Gr2. Stainless-only cross-references simply don't offer that breadth.

What proves the interchange isn't just a guess?

Standards match the product. Fittings meet ASTM F1387; valves meet ASME B16.34 and API requirements. Every part ships with heat-number traceability, backed by an EN 10204 3.1 MTC (a 3.2 is available on request). That's the paperwork that separates it from an uncontrolled marketplace listing.

What's the lead time versus ordering genuine Hoke?

Standard items ship from ready stock. Specials are made to order, with delivery running six to eight weeks. That's a genuine answer to the long lead times you'd normally face on specials from the major suppliers.

Are these made in the USA?

No. Crestflo serves the US market but sources from India; if you need US or European melt, that's available on request, and full material traceability comes standard. TAA status and origin details are laid out clearly on the US origin & compliance page.

Can you supply obsolete or discontinued Hoke parts?

Yes, more often than not. Crestflo manufactures to dimension, so end-of-life Hoke items can frequently be reproduced as equivalents. Send us the part number or a drawing, and we'll confirm on request.

Do you offer private label or distributor pricing?

Yes, we offer small MOQs, private label, and a distributor line card. Check the private-label program and distributors pages for details. Pricing runs by quote, under an RFQ model.
