Materials you can sample: stainless 304/304L, 316/316L and 904L; duplex and super-austenitic grades: Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, 254 SMO, AL-6XN and Alloy 20; nickel alloys: Inconel 600/601/625/718/825, Incoloy 800/800H/825, Monel 400/K500, Hastelloy C-276/C-22/B-2/B-3/X and Nickel 200/201; plus Titanium Gr2. Ferrules come hardened or non-hardened, single or double. Finishes include material finish, electropolish, passivation, silver anti-galling and oxygen/UHP cleaning. Values follow the applicable standard and can be adjusted to what you need.

Test Drop-In Before You Switch: F1387-Backed Interchange
Crestflo's dimensional interchange with Swagelok®, Parker®, Hoke®, Hy-Lok® or Fitok® compression tube fittings isn't something you have to take on faith, request a matched pair and test it against your incumbent part yourself. The switching fear everyone has is the same: will it actually drop in? Every sample carries a heat and lot-number mark, MTC is available, and the interchange claim rests on ASTM F1387 performance qualification. That's a qualification-grade artifact. You can measure it, gauge it, pressure-test it. It isn't a look-and-feel trinket.

Standards, Certifications & Proof Behind the Sample
Crestflo holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PED certification. Its compression tube fittings are performance-qualified to ASTM F1387 and to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service; instrumentation valves and double block-and-bleed assemblies qualify to ASME B16.34 and the applicable API valve standards (API 6D / 598 / 602). Materials come supplied against ASTM A269 / A276 / A479. Connection standards include ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), ISO 8434-2 (37° flare) and DIN 2353 (bite-type). Does the sample come with a material test certificate?
Every part carries a heat or lot number for traceability. Standard certification is an EN 10204 MTC 3.1, and a 3.2 can be arranged on request. Just tell us which MTC level you need when you place the order.
How long does a sample take?
Sample dispatch time gets confirmed along with your request. As for production lead time on placed orders, standard items ship from ready stock, specials are made to order, and the turnaround runs 6–8 weeks.
Is there a limit on sample quantity?
