Crestflo builds parts in-house on CNC, VMC, EDM and milling equipment, working straight from design documents through to finished parts. Every part gets a heat number stamped on it. Ferrules ship hardened or non-hardened, whichever the job calls for, and finishing runs the gamut: material finish, electropolish, passivation, silver anti-galling plating. We also make private label tube fittings under your own brand, and MOQs stay small since we're a custom tube fittings manufacturer at heart. Crestflo is a stainless steel instrumentation fittings manufacturer and high nickel alloy fittings manufacturer, working exclusively in corrosion-resistant alloys. Stainless grades cover 304/304L, 316/316L and 904L. Duplex and super-austenitic grades include Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, 254 SMO, AL-6XN and Alloy 20.
