What "Custom" and "Made-to-Print" Mean Here
Custom manufacturing means turning your drawing, 3D model, spec or sample into a finished instrumentation component. It's a print-to-part, drawing-to-part service, not a catalog pick. Non-standard sizes, threads, materials and configurations that a standard range doesn't carry all fall under it, built to your dimensions and marked with your part number.
Scope note: these are instrumentation-grade custom fittings and valves in stainless and high-nickel alloys, not hydraulic hose ends, plumbing or copper compression fittings, or plastic pipe fittings. How Made-to-Print Works: Print → Part
- Send your input. Submit a drawing or print, a 3D CAD model, a written specification, or a physical sample for reverse-engineering. Let us know your preferred file format on the RFQ.
- Design & material review. We confirm geometry, tolerances and the right alloy for your service, backed by design and DFM support.
- Machining. Non-standard geometry gets produced in-house on CNC, VMC, EDM and milling equipment. Details are on our machining page.
- Finishing. Material finish, electropolish, passivation, silver anti-galling plating or oxygen/UHP cleaning, whatever the spec calls for. See finishing for the full list.

Can you make a fitting from my drawing?
Yes. Send a print, a 3D model, a written spec, or a physical sample, and we'll manufacture the part to your specification. In-house CNC, VMC, EDM and milling let us handle non-standard geometry directly.
Do you reverse-engineer from a sample?
Yes. When there's no drawing on file, we measure a physical sample and reproduce it from that, handy for discontinued or unmarked parts. Want it matched to a named brand's dimensions? Just request the cross-reference.
What sizes and threads can be custom-made?
Fittings run up to 2″ (50 mm) OD, and valves span 1/16″ to 1″, covering imperial and metric sizes with national, international, or non-standard custom threads. Values follow the applicable standard, but they can be customized to whatever the job requires.
Which materials can custom parts be made in?
Stainless 304/316/904L plus exotic/CRA alloys, Duplex and Super Duplex, 254 SMO, AL-6XN, Alloy 20, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Hastelloy, Nickel 200/201 and Titanium Gr2.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Small MOQs are available, including prototype and low-volume runs. Just note your quantity on the RFQ and we'll get you an exact quote.
Do custom parts come with material certs and traceability?
Yes. Every part carries a marked heat/lot number, with EN 10204 MTC 3.1 supplied as standard and 3.2 available on request. Datasheets and CAD are provided to customers on request.
Can custom parts be qualified as drop-in replacements?
Custom fittings go through performance qualification under ASTM F1387, which sets the basis for dimensional interchange. Custom valves, meanwhile, qualify to ASME B16.34 along with the applicable API standards.
Where are custom parts made, and are they TAA-eligible?
Standard parts come from India; US or European melt is available on request, with full material traceability. TAA/DFARS requirements are handled on our origin and compliance page.
