Tube-fitting cross-reference & interchange lookup

The cross-reference / interchange lookup takes a Swagelok®, Parker®, Hoke®, Hy-Lok®, Fitok® or Gyrolok® part number and maps it to the dimensional Crestflo equivalent, so you don't have to hand-match dimensions to specify a drop-in interchange. Crestflo interchange is dimensional and backed by ASTM F1387 compression-fitting performance qualification. Call it an interchange or an equivalent. It's never "compatible," "intermix" or "genuine." Tube pressure & wall-thickness calculator

The tube pressure and wall-thickness calculator returns the allowable working pressure of an instrumentation tube from its OD, wall thickness, alloy and temperature, applying the ASME B31.3 allowable-stress method with the standard OD/wall tables built in. It also serves the reverse query, the minimum wall for a target pressure, and doubles as a tube size calculator with a built-in tube OD chart. Thread identifier: NPT, BSP, JIC, SAE & metric

The thread identifier tells you how to identify a thread on a fitting, pipe thread or port from four measurements, form angle, taper vs parallel, TPI or metric pitch, and gauge OD, resolving NPT, NPTF, BSPT, BSPP, JIC 37°, SAE ORB, SAE 45°, DIN 2353 metric and ISO parallel connections. It doubles as an NPT and pipe thread identifier. The identifier reports the governing standard (ASME B1.20.1, ISO 8434-2, DIN 2353) and the matching Crestflo end connection; the method and printable thread identification charts are in the thread identification guide.

Alloy / material selector

The alloy / material selector, a grade selector for corrosion service, narrows down candidate grades by media, temperature and chloride or H₂S content across Crestflo's 25-plus alloy range. That includes 316/316L, 904L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, 254 SMO, AL-6XN, Alloy 20, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Hastelloy, Nickel 200/201 and Titanium Gr2, with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 flags for sour service. Part-number configurator & CAD models on request

Crestflo's part-number configurator is a part-number builder. It puts together a valid ordering code from fitting type, size, material, end connections and ferrule (hardened or non-hardened), and it handles both imperial and metric units. Once built, the code goes straight into an RFQ.

CAD downloads and datasheets aren't sitting out as open public files. Customers request them instead, specifying the model format they need for a given part: STEP, 3D solid, DWG or DXF. That request goes through CAD on request. The public catalog is there for browsing.

Landed-cost (after-tariff) calculator

Physical vs digital: what these tools are (and are not)

The head terms "tube fitting tools" and "pipe fitting tools" also cover physical installation tools, tube benders, tube cutters, deburring tools, flaring tools and gap gauges, the kit a competitor's "tube fitter's tool guide" catalogs. Which alloy should I choose?

The alloy selector sorts through more than 25 grades, 316L, 6Mo, duplex, nickel, titanium, and suggests candidates based on media, temperature and chloride or H₂S content. It flags sour-service options against NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 as it goes. Anyone weighing 316 against a higher-alloy option will find the comparison laid out clearly.

Do the tools cover metric and imperial?

Yes. All Crestflo fittings, along with the part-number configurator, work with both imperial and metric sizes.

Do valves qualify to ASTM F1387 like the fittings?

No. ASTM F1387 covers compression tube fittings, nothing more. Crestflo valves are qualified against the valve standards that actually apply to them, ASME B16.34 and API 6D / 598 / 602. The standards table above lays this out.
