Standards, Certification & Traceability Behind Every Configured Part

A configured code maps to a real made-to-order part built to the standard approvals for its type. Compression tube fittings are performance-qualified to ASTM F1387, the qualification that makes them dimensional drop-in equivalents. Instrumentation valves qualify to ASME B16.34 and the applicable API valve standards (API 598 / 602 / 6D); ASTM F1387 is a compression-fitting standard and does not apply to valves. NPT threads follow ASME B1.20.1. Crestflo is ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 & PED certified. Every part carries a heat/lot number and an EN 10204 3.1 material test certificate (3.2 on request), with positive material identification (PMI) on material, for full traceability. Certificates are held on file and provided with the order; the configurator names the standard that applies, and the certified detail ships with the part.

Can I decode a part number I already have?

Which materials can I configure?

Nickel 200/201, Titanium Grade 2, the Inconel/Incoloy/Monel/Hastelloy nickel family, Alloy 20, AL-6XN, 254 SMO, Super Duplex 2507, Duplex 2205, 904L, 316/316L and 304/304L, that's the full Crestflo alloy lineup.
