Alloy datasheets carry composition, PREN and mechanical properties. Whether the request is a 316 datasheet, a 316L datasheet, a 904L or duplex 2205 datasheet, or the same grade named by its Werkstoff number (1.4401 / 1.4404) or UNS designation, the composition gets stated by grade below. Each grade page covers the alloy broadly. It links only to the instrumentation forms Crestflo supplies: fittings, valves and tubing, never bar, sheet, plate or mill product. CAD Models & Drawings: STEP, IGES & DXF on Request

Crestflo provides CAD geometry, 3D CAD, STEP and STP models, IGES, DXF, SolidWorks-ready files, GA drawings, fitting drawings and dimensional PDF drawings, to customers for design-in, on request rather than as an open public download, to protect proprietary geometry from copy. Whether you need tube fitting CAD, CAD drawings or a native 3D model, send your print and specify the format through the CAD-on-request page or with your RFQ, and the engineering team can support the design. Certifications, MTCs & Compliance Documents

Crestflo holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PED certification, and its compression tube fittings meet ASTM F1387. Certificate documents go out on request, and the full certificate library sits on the quality system page; the content pages themselves just list which certifications are held, not certificate numbers. A redacted sample material test certificate, a material test certificate example, is available too, so you can see the heat-number traceability that comes with every part. It's issued as an EN 10204 3.1 certificate by default, with an EN 10204 3.2 version available on request. Beyond the material and quality-system certificates, Crestflo also provides a certificate of conformance (CoC), a PMI report, a country of origin declaration, and RoHS or REACH declarations, all on request.

Standards & Proof Behind Every Crestflo Document

Crestflo documents count as primary-source material simply because Crestflo makes the products. Compression tube fittings are qualified to ASTM F1387, the performance standard for compression tube fittings that dimensional interchange rests on. Instrumentation valves are a different matter: they're built and qualified against the standards that actually govern valves, ASME B16.34 and the applicable API series, not F1387. Products reference ASTM A269/A276/A479, ASME B16.11 and B1.20.1, ISO 8434-2, DIN 2353 and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 where they apply, with values given per the relevant standard and open to adjustment based on what's needed.

Every part carries a heat or lot number and ships with an EN 10204 3.1 material test certificate as standard, with 3.2 available on request. Behind the datasheets sits a full test regime: hydraulic proof, burst and impulse, pneumatic, flexure and rotary-flex fatigue, vibration, thermal cycling, pull-out and vacuum testing, PMI, and 100% seat and shell leak testing on manifolds. Non-destructive testing happens in-house. Destructive testing runs through ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories, and third-party inspection is available on request.

Do I have to give my email to see a datasheet?

No. Every specification goes up as an open HTML page, so you can read it and cite it right away. We send the downloadable datasheet PDF and CAD files to customers on request. Only a quote request asks for your details.

Are CAD models such as STEP or IGES available?

Yes, on request. Crestflo shares STEP, IGES and DXF models along with dimensional drawings for design-in work, but doesn't post them as an open public download since that would expose proprietary geometry. Send your print and note which format you need with your RFQ.

Which certifications can I obtain?

Crestflo holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PED certification, and its compression tube fittings meet ASTM F1387. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance is noted wherever it applies. Certificate documents go out on request, and you'll find the certificate library on the quality system page.

Can I get a sample material test certificate?

Yes. A redacted EN 10204 3.1 sample shows the heat-number traceability carried on every part, and 3.2 is available on request. Check the traceability page to see how heat and lot numbers get marked.

Do you have an ASTM F1387 test report?

Crestflo compression tube fittings meet ASTM F1387, the standard that governs performance and interchangeability for this category of fitting. A qualification summary can be provided on request. Instrumentation valves are a separate matter: those qualify to ASME B16.34 and the relevant API standards, not F1387.

Where is the datasheet for a specific alloy like 316L or Super Duplex 2507?

On each material page, which lists composition, PREN and mechanical properties, each grade links only to the instrumentation forms Crestflo supplies. The alloy datasheet PDF is available to customers on request.

Do you have a Swagelok or Parker cross-reference PDF?

Crestflo publishes narrative descriptions of dimensional interchange instead of a downloadable part-number table. If you need a Swagelok® or Parker® cross-reference, request it from the engineering team. Interchange is based on dimensions and, for compression tube fittings, qualified against ASTM F1387. Crestflo has no affiliation with either company.

Are these parts made in the USA?

No, Crestflo is US-serving. Standard product comes from India, but it's engineered for US drop-in replacement and ships in 6-8 weeks. US or European melt is available on request, and Crestflo provides full material traceability. Origin and TAA posture are laid out on the US origin and compliance page.

What lead time can I expect?

Ready stock covers standard items, and made-to-order handles the specials. Delivery runs 6-8 weeks, compared with the 20-plus weeks you'll wait for the major brands. Stock on standard items is held at origin.

Can I get the distributor line card?

Yes. Request the line card through the distributor program. Stocking partners can review the full range, materials and certifications there.
