Push-to-connect fittings, sometimes written as push to connect fittings, are tube fittings that form a releasable, tool-free connection the moment you insert the tube. The tube slides through a release collar and an internal gripping collet, often called a "grab ring," and then seats against an O-ring or elastomer seal. The collet resists pull-out. The seal closes the joint. Because the grip's a collet rather than a swaged ferrule, you can make and release the connection by hand.

The same class of fitting goes by dozens of names, though every one of them points to the same instrumentation connector. The collet and internal parts are stainless steel; the O-ring seal is an elastomer chosen for the specific service, detailed further in the ratings section. Values follow the applicable standard and can be customized to requirement. Duplex, super-duplex, and the full nickel range come only as machined instrumentation forms: Crestflo doesn't sell bar, sheet, or mill product. Push-to-Connect Fitting Pressure Rating & Temperature Limits

Push-to-connect fittings occupy the low-to-medium pressure tier; what they can handle comes down to the body alloy and, more than anything, the elastomer seal. Crestflo won't slap the high-pressure numbers from its compression or cone-and-thread lines onto push-to-connect parts, and it won't publish a certified rating it hasn't actually qualified. The certified pressure rating for a given size, seal, and configuration is available on request. If you're running higher-pressure lines, compression tube fittings are the right call instead.
